It was great for about 7 months
It was great at first but now I always get up with back/leg pain. We had it for 8 months but had to stop it every morning due to pain. It WAS nice and soft, but the relief didn't last very long. We only sleep on the mattress now, and while it's hard, it's not as hard as it used to be. I think you get what you pay for. If we decide to try another one, we'll pay more and hopefully get a better qualification. I have changed my rating from 5 stars.
