Review on 🐶 Double Orthopedic Pet Bed by Petmate by Alexandra Johnson

My dog loves this bed and it's just what I was looking for. In addition, the brown damask finish makes it an attractive dog bed. However, we've had this bed for a little less than 2 weeks and it's already a hole in the plush side. Since our medium sized German Shepherd only uses this pillow in our bedroom at night and doesn't handle it roughly (in fact, it scratches less than most dogs), I expected this expensive pillow to be able to withstand a lot. better. In fact we bought her to replace a cheap pillow she had for over 5 years and the cover of the old pillow is still in perfect condition. Update June 25, 2012: I should have updated this in March. I sent the pillow back and got a replacement, which also quickly got a hole. Since my dog really likes the pillow but I didn't want to go through the return/exchange process again, I simply turned the pillow over and now he's using the damask side. Not perfect, but it works.
