First, it connects smoothly and easily, which is a big plus as some of the others I had didn't work properly. Secondly, the sound was crisp and clear both when listening to music and when making calls. I could hear the call with no delay or loud background noise. It's very comfortable and easy to hold in your ears. Not all headphones fit my ear, but these fit my ear perfectly. The charging box is big and small to carry in your pocket.
