1. They are NOT "exactly like" Oral-b as people claim. The head is smaller. The brush is harder2. These are hard bristles, I have to be careful not to press too hard. They actually damage my gums if I forget and press hard.3. I've been using it for a week -2 times a day, nonsense replacement still works4. Yes, they fit my Oral-B5 toothbrush. If I use all 20 replacement heads myself, I don't have to buy another 5 years! (Using a new one every 3 months.) 6. If they last the last 5 years, that's a good return7. Only 3 stars because they are few but misleading in advertising.
