I like it, thank you for the quality product.

I disassembled the irrigator, and as it turned out, the engine that drives the pump is stuck (well, you can hear from the sound of the engine that it’s hard for him :). For some reason, moisture got into the engine - corrosion is visible in the attached photo. Apparently due to corrosion somewhere inside the engine structure, the shaft now rotates with great effort.

PS For those who do not read the instructions - it contains information that with a certain mineral composition of water, limescale can form in the irrigator and then it is necessary to clean it every 1-3 months - add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to the water tank and rinse the irrigator with this solution. Next, rinse the irrigator with clean water.

PPS If anyone is interested, the nozzles are compatible with manufacturers Waterpik (type 100E), Revyline (type A), Waterpulse.

Pros

I would put 5 for the irrigator itself, and 2 for quality problems. There are no complaints about the device itself as an irrigator - a large range of flow rate adjustment, various nozzles, easy to use. What is important, there are also original spare parts on sale - tanks, handles. Addition after buying a new irrigator. Because I had to look for a new irrigator to replace it, I began to look at what offers were on the market, and in the end I bought the same model. The main reason is the convenience of using this Waterpik model for a combination of the following reasons: 1. It would seem a simple and obvious solution - a separate power button, not combined with a water pressure adjustment knob (that is, it is enough to set the desired water pressure once). I met options 1) when the inclusion occurs with the adjustment knob, i. E. the first position is OFF, and then you turn it to the desired value, and so every time back and forth. In my opinion, absolutely idiotic decision; 2) the power button is located in the central part of the adjustment knob. 2. Mechanical stepless water pressure regulator - i. E. you can choose the ideal water pressure for yourself. 3. Non-magnetic holder - judging by the reviews, if the rings of the tube connecting the irrigator with the handle into which the nozzle is inserted (hereinafter simply the "handle") are in place crookedly, then the handle, due to the fact that it sits unevenly in the holder, is not magnetized . 4. A switch on the handle that allows you to pause the water supply. 5. Water tank with valve - you can remove the tank, draw water (it does not flow out) and install it in the irrigator. 6. The handle is located on the front of the irrigator, and not on the side (considering the length of the tube connecting the irrigator to the handle, this solution seems more convenient to me). Below, in the shortcomings, he indicated problems with the handle of an irrigator bought 3 years ago. It looks like it has been finalized, because. now the upper ring, which allows you to rotate the nozzle 360 °, rotates with clicks, it used to rotate freely (it was more convenient :)

Cons

There are questions about the quality of Waterpik products. I bought this irrigator at the end of April 2022. In August 2022, he stopped pumping water - the indicators are on, the irrigator squeaks when turned on, but the pump does not work (a couple of days before that, the water pressure from the irrigator greatly decreased). Those. Worked a little more than 3 years, and the guarantee for it is 2 years. More about the handle (where the nozzles are actually connected) - after some time after the start of use, the button for turning on / off the water supply sometimes began to stick, and sometimes the nozzle itself was pulled out with difficulty. I recently ordered a replacement pen, it works better than the pen on the new irrigator originally worked. I wanted to order a new one on Amazon, because. Waterpik has new models, where the design is more pleasant and, most importantly, a sonic toothbrush is included in the kit, but for some reason we don’t sell these. I read the reviews on Amazon and was very saddened - in fact, this is a lottery, you may be lucky with the quality, or you may have to change it more than once (yes, there are such reviews).
