For everyday use, I prefer woven nylon straps over ratchet leather straps. The ability to be easily adjusted is a significant improvement over tactical nylon webbing. This belt features a solid shiny silver buckle that adds a great accent. I like the easy to use mesh hook bar release lever as it is in the same location and works just like some of my other harnesses. I'm used to grabbing that release button with my left index finger and pulling or pushing the strap as needed. This belt is well made and makes a great gift. Because it's adjustable, you don't have to guess someone's waistline. It comes in a beautiful cloth pouch in a stunning gift box. It's far more classy than what you might get in a big store.
