Well, I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I ordered one with a small key inside, but it was too snug for my giant tube of toothpaste (it's cheaper to buy big tubes and I'm a penny who plans to AT LEAST live until the toothpaste tube is ready). done!) so I ordered a batch of these puppies for myself. Well they work like a CHARM! While the instructions are all in the Eastern alphabet of pictograms, there are pictures and they are fairly easy to follow. I confess I read a lot of negative reviews before buying it and then I decided I could treat myself. for six dollars. I just got back and reread some of those reviews and I started laughing so hard I almost got dirty. I think some of these nice people even have a hard time reading picture books. It is VERY clear from the pictures that there is a VERY NARROW gap right in the middle of the cross on this complex instrument. There are wider slots on either side of this bar, allowing the middle narrow slot to expand as needed. Now the narrow center slit is thin enough to squeeze the good stuff out of the little blister tube. tube toothpaste into the big thick WIDE slots and found it didn't work very well. GHOST! If you try to cut a turkey with a paring knife, chances are you'll run into trouble too! I can GUARANTEE-DANG-THAI that these juicers will fit and work with ANY toothpaste or smaller tube of EVERYTHING I own. been on the subway in my house for the last 60 years. They're too small for a tube of, say, caulk, but anything that fits? BOOM! Now measure the hose you want to compress. The compression slot is just over three inches wide. Any pipe wider than approximately 3.4 inches is unacceptable. But your regular tube of toothpaste? DY NO MITE! And then come back and enjoy reading the negative reviews just like I just did!
