Using this product our team found that it was not effective in training or behavior improvement for our dogs. The reflective ball itself was cheaply made and fell apart easily, making it a waste of a purchase .However, the item did arrive quickly and was packaged well, so that is A small pro. Overall, we do not recommend this item to anyone looking for reputable pet supplies in the training and behavior aids category..
