We have used IPG Enterprise for all our network needs, including cloud services such as Office 365 and Skype communications with clients around the world! The support is top-notch throughout their entire organization from sales right through engineering and product management - they never fail you or let you down at any level of service provided by their team. Their products are very user friendly; however it's not always easy finding specific information in sometimes complicated fields so documentation can be improved upon.
