Review on Dr Collins Perio Toothbrush Colors by Amber Harper

This is one of the softest toothbrushes I have ever owned. Before purchasing this brush I thought all the bristles would work for my teeth; In fact, I thought stiffer bristles would pick up plaque better. That may have been true for my teeth, but I realized too late what it was doing to my gums. When I was little, I was told that "a little" bleeding gums when brushing my teeth was normal. And I was also taught to brush my gums. So I underestimated the extent of the "minor" bleeding gums and brushed my gums hard, ultimately resulting in receding gums which I later had to have surgery to correct. After looking for soft toothbrushes at Revain I found this one and am using my main brush forever now. I can brush my teeth and gums as hard as I want with this brush and have never had any problems. Since using this toothbrush I have had no more receding gums. Haven't found anything softer since I bought it a few years ago. I've just bought 3 more as I gave my 2 friends and the one I've been using for 2 years is starting to go a bit bad.
