It has helped me in various ways, one of them being how well it integrates with CRM platforms like Salesforce etc., which was not easy for us at first! If you are looking into having an easily managed way to manage user's consents then this will be perfect for you or your organisation as there isn't much out there similar too their platform/feature set (other than other providers).
Also they have great team who help if ever needed along side excellent support from our Account Manager I would say all good points so far - however please do make sure you fully understand what you're getting yourself into before you go ahead and sign up for something without thinking about everything involved. We were able to get rid of a lot of manual processes using Consentua by creating forms where users could give informed consent when we asked them for more information through.
