This screen protector comes with an alignment tool that fits into the charging port. I really want it. This is the easiest method I've used to smooth film. I've done about 20 installs on my phone and family members' phones and centering the protection is always difficult. This is the best solution I've seen. Immediately after installation, fingerprint scanning didn't work on my phone. The next morning everything was fine. I was a little concerned that this might be an issue, but perhaps the problem was a little moisture from cleaning the screen. If your fingerprint reader keeps working before you touch it, wait a few hours. The film is smooth and transparent. I prefer film to glass, but glass can give you more protection. I would buy it again if it peels off or gets damaged but there are 2 sets of foil in the pack. so I guess I won't need any more.
