They sound good but they keep disappearing when music is playing. Also, don't expect customer support from them without giving them your credit card info (also don't accept Visa gift cards) and they don't replace "sport fenders" without replacing the entire item, and they don't sell and it's impossible to replace them without keeping them in the ears because the battery/management is too heavy so need to get that credit card info to charge you if they don't return the old ones. And their website claims to "click here" for a free lifetime replacement of rubber earbuds, but that doesn't work. Look elsewhere for a company with good customer support.
