I couldn't stand it suitable for sports medicine

The cap started to tear and crack after 1-2 weeks of use. Now it's completely destroyed. I ordered another one to replace the original but only because I was in a hurry and only had 4 weeks left until the season. It's soft and looks good, it just doesn't last. Edit: I changed 1 to 3 stars due to the excellent support response. They credited me with my purchase price for the original protection very quickly. Hope the new one holds up better.
