The seller is amazing. 5 stars for supporting customers and wanting to provide great service. It seems that all iPad replacement screens are a bit more fragile than the original screens. I recommend protective glass. Replacing the screen isn't too difficult, but damaging the screws is easy. I bought Scott's double sided tape which works great. Glue isn't included, but doesn't appear to be available in other companies' replacement kits either. I believe the first replacement screen I put in had a tiny crack that grew. The second screen I replaced cracked I think because I didn't "fit" the screen perfectly and a little pressure caused a crack. The third screen seems great.
