Review on 🏋️ Pro-Tec Pre-Cut Kinesiology Tape for Enhanced Athletic Performance by Wesley Holmes

This band is GREAT! I have full confidence in the fact that I can walk pain free. I've tried other brands and self-cut tape but found the ease of this pre-cut tape to be the best. When I first used this tape it didn't stick as well as other reviewers have noted, but now I run my hand over the tape after applying it and have never had a problem since. I usually take the band off after every run, but after a recent injury I left it on for a few days. I was able to get support for about four days before I had to change it. I think this tape can be a little heat sensitive - sometimes it can come loose if I don't cool it down first, and as I said it sticks better after running my hand over it, but that's a plus for me. . I love this product. I have ordered it several times and will continue to do so as long as it is available.
