I love this band! Helps my knee after total knee replacement. I'm not sure how he does what he does, but to me he does his job!

This tape always works very well. I have not tried cheaper brands because this particular brand always works very well for me. It helps with swelling and all we need is some basic patchwork.

Do not buy this brand! The tape is cheap and doesn't last more than an hour on the skin. Get another brand like KT, I've bought different brands and this one sucks! I can't even return it, the seller doesn't refund!

This gives my wife some relief from her knee pain while waiting for her knee replacement. There is another brand that has given me more relief than this, but they really do help. I don't understand this whole Kinesio thing, but if she gets better that's worth her weight in gold. Helpful but not the best

Ugh I'm so disappointed. After buying this I've seen a ton of different KT tapes and a lot better ones than this one. This tape sucks. I am an athlete with CMP and arthritis. I thought tape would be good but it didn't help my plantar fasciitis and it has a shorter lifespan than CT tape. Pro-tech hit or miss, I'm leaving your mark

I loved this ribbon. It's not easy to find pre-cut tape at a reasonable price. However, it is VERY difficult. I don't feel most of the tape after applying it, but it's heavy enough to "feel" it all the time. Also, it doesn't appear in any of the pictures, but there is a large white mark on each product. That wouldn't be a problem for me, but I feel like the product is misrepresented in the ad.

Recently started Spartan racing. We all know what happens when you start running after being out of shape and training for so long: runner's knees. With the exercise routine and my knees being nice and stable with this band it has really helped reduce the pain and now I can walk with no knee pain. Ideal for conditioning. This band is GREAT! I have full confidence in the fact that I can walk pain free. I've tried other brands and self-cut tape but found the ease of this pre-cut tape to be the best. When I first used this tape it didn't stick as well as other reviewers have noted, but now I run my hand over the tape after applying it and have never had a problem since.
