I got this mouse pad a few years ago and honestly never thought of writing a review about it until now because I'm thinking of buying another one , which I focused on games. This is the easiest mouse pad you could ever buy. It's very simple and clear; there is nothing remarkable about it. It's not necessarily bad, but it's not good either. I think it smelled a bit when I bought it, but that's pretty typical. It slips a bit, but I don't notice it until my mouse is off the mat because it's so out of place, which is pretty typical too. This prevents my mouse from slowly scratching the surface of my desk, which is what a mouse pad is supposed to do. There are no fancy designs or unusual features in the mouse pad. just a mouse pad. I don't really need a replacement. I want one. This thing could probably function for years and I kept forgetting it was there until I inevitably had to readjust its position every few hours. I can't say anything particularly bad about the overlay (lateral slipping), but nothing particularly good either. It's absolutely average and will serve its purpose well. I've given it 3 stars to reflect this fact: it serves its purpose with no notable features other than a few hiccups here and there. You can get this mouse pad and it's no different than the mouse pad you get for free from your job or loft or some company you haven't even heard of for $1.49.
