Two cooking pots - crumpled and round

The first cooking pot had a noticeable dent on the side, so it's not round - so the lid didn't fit, of course. When I took it out of the box I also noticed how thin the metal was. I was fine with that, at least until I used it a few times to see if that was the problem. But then I saw the real damage. I then filed a claim for damages and asked for a replacement. I packed it up and UPS picked it up 20 minutes ago when they sent a new replacement. Guess which kids? Yes, another anomaly in the same area. This time the dent was not visible, but it is clear that a large batch was damaged in the crash. Probably not factory made as one had a dent and the other didn't. I'll do a damage report again and send it back (I'm tired of doing this). I will look into another brand and try again.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • For pensioners
