Update: September 2019 After I posted this review, the company contacted me immediately. They apologized for the inconvenience. They gave me the option of a full refund or replacement even after the 30 day period had passed. I got a new cable. I've used some of the new cables with no further problems. Many thanks to Sixsim for the prompt response and rectification of the situation. First review: I didn't open it right away as I bought it as a backus. I only used 2 out of 5 and both were wearing shorts. They charge my devices regularly and take a long time to charge. While waiting I could not return. Basically it was a waste of money. They look nice but don't work well.
