Defective, Poor Workmanship, Terrible Customer Service

Defective, base broke in less than 2 months of no load use. Contacted the seller and gave him the opportunity to solve the problem. Satisfied with "Sorry, the 30-day return window has expired". I understand there is a 30 day return policy, but this is a clear sign of a poorly made, defective item. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

PREHOLES: These lightweight, low vehicle sill, outdoor car ramps can be permanently installed in high traffic areas using the built in mounting holes. With light yellow, reflective safety paint for better visibility.
