Not recommended. It felt like it was drying out my hair and it felt like I had to use more shampoo to make it bigger and adjust my hair to make it feel clean. Then I thought that the conditioner moisturized the hair, but nothing! I put so much conditioner on my hair but when I washed it off I felt like I had nothing to wash off! I only used it 3 times and then stopped. I didn't have much volume either. It doesn't cost any money. I am sorry.
