The stock 2019 Tundra shift formula was too blocky and felt odd when engaging a gear. I looked for many styles and shapes of switches and settled on a round ball. This shift knob looks and feels good in my hand, is more intuitive and was very easy to install. The carbon fiber looks great and has a big impact on comfort once installed. Update, after a few days this shift knob is very comfortable if you keep your hand on the switch while driving. And reaching the switch to engage a gear is very easy, almost subconsciously! I am very happy with it.
