Reliable, durable camera
I only needed something for photographing friends and sightseeing so don't expect anything fancy. I bought it in 2007; It's 2014 and it still works! Yes, I had to buy new batteries. It's conveniently small and even fits in some phone cases in my various purses (if not in a case). Canon is generally quite reliable.
