We've had this all-clad less than a year and it needs to be replaced. Its predecessor was the $40 Easter, which lasted over 4 years, although it was more widely used than this. The all-clad engine has become so weak that it barely revs without using the turbo button. I think this was caused by a major design flaw that could allow liquids to go up the mixer neck and into the engine bay. We literally have a cookie coming out of the gaps between some of the controls on the top of the device. It was dirty and very rough, it was difficult to clean and the motor had probably burned out. (and no, he wasn't sunk too deep). The stick's locking mechanism is also out of order. It's not a big deal, we just have to be very careful when putting it on, but it's another indication of the poor quality of this device.
