Great product, easy to make a mouthguard.
When I opened the box the presentation was great. It has great written instructions and directs the buyer to the video. It was very easy to create the shape and comfortable to wear all night. The heat and cold packs are clearly timed for best use, and the band holding them in place is comfortable to wear. I would highly recommend this product to people who suffer from TMJ, migraines and clinchers like me. There were also mouth and jaw exercises and a 4-week care plan. Easier to make than any mouthguard from the pharmacy.
