The ability for my sellers account manager (Seller Express) is very helpful as well! I do not like that sometimes it takes too long before you receive an answer back when contacting them via email or phone call if they are helping people at their office in California versus those who work remotely all over America including Utah where we live!! Make sure someone can be there during business hours so questions/answers will get answered more quickly than otherwise possible.
This has been our only way through which customers have found us online due to being sold by other companies out-of state such was Ebay's problems last year regarding counterfeits etc...
