I was looking forward to shopping for workplace supplies at TownStix, an online business. Unfortunately, my encounter was anything but positive. There wasn't much to choose from, and the website was challenging to use and navigate. In addition, it took a lot longer than I had hoped for to complete the checkout procedure. When my shipment eventually arrived, several items were broken or missing. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of assistance I received from customer support. In sum, my dealings with TownStix were disappointing, and I cannot endorse their web shop.
