So my wife thinks I'm crazy about the time I've spent looking at bags on Revain over the past week. I ordered one that never arrived and got the $45 refunded to my Amazon account. After spending literally hours browsing virtually every bag on Bezos' little bookstore website, I saved two to my cart, this one and the more expensive real leather one. The other was $100 and looked very nice. But since the balance I had in my account covered the entire cost of it, I decided to start here. Keep in mind that the two I'm reviewing are two completely different styles, this one is much more casual and the other I could use in a high rise condominium project presentation and draw attention (I work for an architecture firm). I was like, "Mmm, okay, that looks pretty cool. Nothing sensational, but pretty cool." Then the first thing I tried to do was put my 15.6 inch laptop in my bag (laptop is actually 14 inches measured side to side) and this thing was tight on the laser, it couldn't fit in the laptop bag. There is no padding in this bag but I can keep calm as I love minimalism and hate carrying anything in my bags. I can put a laptop in it (be careful not to put it to drop or throw on the table) ) and my notebook, pens and business cards in a small zipped pocket. Looks like there is still room for a small binder, or maybe a small presentation or a water bottle. Not all together , but one of those elements.In the outer pockets that close with buttons I have a laptop charger and an extra iPhone charger.In the other outer pocket I have the cards that I keep to Writing notes to people and my phone. The side pockets are zip-only, so I plan to store items that I use frequently but occasionally. Overall I like that this is a very minimalistic and not bulky bag to carry around. The color looks quite similar to the picture and the bag looks 'sturdier' and 'newer' than the picture but I assume it will wear out and become more durable over time? I think I'll keep it to myself and see how it holds up and keep the super nice leather bag on my shopping list to order if this one breaks. I'm only giving him a 4 because he didn't impress me and I won't tell anyone how awesome he is. tablet) fits the case, but over 14 inches the case does not fit.
