These pillow inserts are really plump and spring back to their nice full shape after use which is what good memory foam should do. However, they give off a very strong odor reminiscent of the smell of needles. It's causing my breathing problems. I can only hope they stop gassing soon. Otherwise, I throw them in the trash and look again for pillow inserts that stand up to use. The other problem was the packaging. They were wrapped so tightly in their mini suitcases that it was very difficult to get them out of the package. If you have arthritis, you probably won't be able to get the pillows out of the box. Update: Coop representatives resolved my issues with their product very quickly. They refunded me without asking me as I am unable to use the earplugs due to their negative effect on my breathing. That's good customer service! If perfumes and chemical smells don't bother you, I can recommend these liners.
