Review Update - Prompt Customer Service Response

This double bed mattress was purchased on 6/7/17. Have it on vacation from 14.06. - 17.06. used indoors. We were very happy with that. It was comfortable (we also had a gel foam topper) and kept the air in. Inflates and deflates quickly. Loved the hardness control. We used it for the second time from August 5th to 7th and it did not hold air. The first night my son had to inflate it once a night, the second night he had to inflate it twice. We've read reviews that Lazery has excellent customer service, but that's not our experience. 7/9/17 I posted a message on their website in the "Contacts" section. We didn't get an answer. Yesterday my husband called (800) 890-1860 on their website and left a message. (You never reach the person when you call, they always leave a message.) Still no answer. The only reason I left 2 stars instead of 1 is that when the bed works as intended it is a great product. REVIEW UPDATE: I am updating this review because Adam from customer service contacted us and also informed us that he emailed the day after the message was sent. Found in spam. (Emails from Adam Lowry and Lazeri are not mentioned.) To change my original review, I have to say that the customer service responds very quickly. Adam sent us a new mattress very quickly and we are under no obligation to return the defective one. We inflated a new one and let it inflate for a few days to make sure it holds air. I will update as needed but we are very happy with the resolution of our issue with the product.
