I like the idea of using less plastic. However, both brush heads I have used have lost at least one bristle during use. Luckily I was able to spit them out so they didn't get stuck in my throat and choked. I will no longer use these attachments. The company says this has never happened, but I wonder if that's true. They offered to change the nozzles, but I refused. I don't feel safe using them. My Phillips Sonicare toothbrush is much noisier with these brush heads than with branded brush heads and I find the branded version more comfortable to use. In general the idea is good but needs better quality control.
