Although these containers are suitable for dry storage or refrigeration, they will become brittle in the freezer. When removing from the freezer and attempting to remove the lid, the plastic begins to crack and break. Whether the HDPE plastic is too thin or poor quality due to contamination, idk but I can't use it to freeze food.
