My girlfriend loves this bag. It's very useful to be able to effortlessly switch from a backpack to a single strap style, almost like a "courier bag". The main flap closure is firm and there is a zip underneath to access the main compartment, making it more secure on its own than most "backpack" bags when it comes to someone stealing you while you're carrying the bag. For extra security there is a small pocket on the inside of the bag (the one directly opposite your back) that closes with a zipper. It's definitely not "roomy", but it fits easily in most wallets and cell phones. She complimented me several times on the bag and no one expected it to be so cheap! Very good quality for this money.
