After reading the reviews I decided to go with the medium and I'm glad I did. I'm 5ft 2in, 135, 34DD. I usually wear x-small or small t-shirts. It's best to go up a size unless you want something a little tighter. I ordered several colors but red wine is more of a brick colour. They say they offer a gentle cycle according to the instructions. I did the normal wash and dry cycle. As far as I know there is no shrinkage. It fit me almost exactly the same, the fabric is too soft .
