One of these bulbs only draws 2.0 amps at 12 volts for a total of 24 watts not the advertised 54 watts. Obviously not brighter at 24 volts but the test showed 0.99 amps at 24 volts giving the same 24 watts. Therefore, either the listing is misleading, or the design is flawed, or the device does not use 3W LEDs as advertised. As a result, the lamps are not as bright as advertised and as we would like. Note that a pack of the same lamp also lists it as a 54W Lamo. Will return. Otherwise the packaging is excellent, the case is good, the lamps light up when tested at 12 and 24 volts.
