Half light stopped working 0 customer service

I bought a lamp on October 22nd. Only five blue lights are still working until December 9th. I emailed the company through Revain and have not received a response. Too bad. Changed my first rating. Thought it was ok but gave it time and it failed. It's not underwater. He was above the water above the tank.

10 LEVELS OF BRIGHTNESS AND 3 LIGHT MODES: Easily get 10 levels of brightness by pressing the "±" button on the controller. 2 rows of bulbs to display different colors individually or in combination with the mode switch button. 3 light effects are displayed (blue, colored light, blue + colored light).
