Best vinyl I've ever used

I've been in business for 2 years and tried several brands. Nicapa is my favorite. I've ordered every color and 100 or more rolls. It's thin and stretchy. The backing is super sticky which requires a little extra work when weeding. I've pressed cotton, polyester blends and dri-fit with excellent results. If your using a cricut heat press set to 360 and press for 30 seconds, peel away backing and press again for 15. Use a teflon sheet. The teflon sheet is very important! Its helps distribute even heat. Apply pressure. I just cross my arms and lean on the press handle. Set your cricut machine to vinyl+ when cutting. Rolls are true to size. After pressing the vinyl it is smooth to the touch and you can't feel any edges. If you feel edges, press it again for 15. The process with this vinyl does take a little longer if you don't have a professional heat press but the results are worth it. On a lightweight cotton it looks and feels like part of the shirt.

Pros
  • NICAPA
Cons
  • The vinyl may not be suitable for use on delicate or lightweight materials
