I am very impressed with this model and have used many OBD2 scanners over the years. In my opinion this is the best device in this price range and the added or additional features really add to its value on a professional level. Aside from being feature rich and very easy to use (tested on a 2010 GMC HD2500 Duramax), I really appreciate the case design and side handle placement, as well as the size. It's small enough to be carried around in a car and large enough to feel and act like a "real" tool. Interfacing with the GM OBD2 link is fast and clears these codes just as easily in the event of my diagnosis of a faulty thermostat. while reading. Aside from being a simple diagnostic tool, it has many other features I'm still learning about. Here's what I like about this brand and model: The price is right for a quality code reader for basic use, but it has enough pro-level bells and whistles (comparable to $500 models) to learn from. and used. Very happy with this device. I highly recommend it. 5 stars across the board.
