The best thing about using this app for our business was how easy it made working with my colleagues from different countries! It's so much easier than having them come over here or have me travel there every time I need something fixed/repaired (and not just because we're in another country!). There were also some issues regarding accessibility but they got sorted out very quickly once contacted via email - nothing too serious though which makes sense as its still early days yet when you consider only launched last year!! Great product if your looking into getting remote IT support without expensive costs associated etc., great way forward especially where physical presence isn't required all times like health care services / home repair work ect.
