I've been using it for almost two years and I'm very satisfied. I use it to route audio from a projector or PC to a mixer feeding a conference room sound system. I do pick up some hiss from lights etc but that was expected behavior for such a cable and is barely noticeable as long as the source sound quality is good (i.e. Up). I'm really not an audio expert, I don't understand cables, amps, mixers etc, but if I could find a shielded alternative of this length and a matching connector I would buy it, but I can't find it. In any case, this cable is very suitable for my purposes. I run it across the floor and my only concern is that it's a relatively thin cable (I'll repeat so you're not surprised - it's a relatively thin cable). ) I'm worried people stepping on it, chairs sitting on it etc. will break it, so I'm buying a second cable. But I can't fault the cable, I knew what it was when I bought it, it's exactly what I expected.
