Review on AGOTD Dimmable Downlights Spotlight - Replacement for 100V to 240V Voltage Range by Tony Winn

One of my halogen bulbs blew out after a little over 2 years of running a Zephyr hood. Found this and changed it. Much brighter, cleaner light and they run much cooler. When the halogens were turned on, the entire top of the hood got hot, warm enough not to leave your hand there for too long. These new bulbs will never get half as warm as halogen bulbs. My only criticism of them is that I occasionally notice flickering from my peripheral on normal settings, and for me the flickering is very noticeable on a low lamp setting. To be fair they mention that they are not dimmable and my wife doesn't see it at all. Worth an update, my only problem is that I have 4 extras and I probably won't need to change them again.
