Low quality, I will not buy this anymore.

Since I purchased the ears through the JBL website, the possibility of them being fake is eliminated. Nothing came out of my attempts to reset the ears and fiddle with the settings; the noise reduction was already set to the lowest level, so it remained. I emailed JBL support and am awaiting a response at this time. In the beginning, I was going to mention that the size is a significant benefit. Since the size of the case is quite small (60 x 30 x 25 mm), but only the other day I received QCY T11 headphones, which are almost the same in case size, but cost about four times less than these headphones. So, the size for today, in addition to type-C and outstanding sound, is not a virtue, but rather a de facto standard in the business world. The package is regal, but JBL was obviously perplexed about it. Again, I am unable to record it with any degree of respect since, for 9000 people, they pack everyone in quite closely (Anker, Oppo, Realmi). The quality of the sound is exceptional. Detailing is medium, and the bottoms are hollow. This, however, cannot be characterized as a bonus in today's climate; the identical QCY T11 in sound is not substantially inferior to that of these headphones, but the latter are less expensive. Excellent sound, there is not anything else to add. In conclusion, I am unable to endorse these headphones due to the fact that. The noise canceler is not functioning properly. If you are intent on purchasing something from JBL, you should consider purchasing the JBL Live Pro Plus. I penned a testimonial for the representatives of JBL to read. Anyone that are interested in learning more, I am prepared to answer any questions they may have. T beginning on April 23rd, 2022. Under the recommendation of JBL support, I took the headphones to be inspected at the workshop. The check was processed after exactly 20 days (according to the law, it should be 10 days, although JBL claims 20 days). It has been verified that the noise dampening feature does not function. I asked for a refund in writing, and they said they would give it back to me in ten days. What did not like: 1) In the 21st century, you should move in the same direction as the conclusion with your feet. They requested that I email them an electronic copy of the receipt (I bought it at the JBL store). In addition, both the check and the outcome of the workshop check can be found on the website of the JBL. But you still need to relocate because you can't make a decision online. It seems as though they are purposefully making the procedure more difficult. 2) The form to request a refund is buried deep within the website; if I had not been aware that it was there, I would have had a hard time finding it. You can, of course, write a letter and request a response from the other party, but this will cause yet another delay in the process.

Pros
  • duration of operation, while maintaining a compact dimension for the casing. There are benefits and drawbacks associated with size. Due to the work of the sensors, I experienced an extremely low number of accidental clicks. The perfect amount of room. The cap test has been passed with flying colors. You may run and leap without having to worry about the headphones coming out of your ears because they are held in place so firmly. A excellent set of ear pads, but for this price you can do better; the Ankers set is a good example to follow in this regard. Because of this, I didn't care for the complete ones. Because the largest size is too small for me and because they are delicate, I exchanged them for a different set. Matte case. I don't put any effort into cleaning the cover because I don't think it needs it and I don't notice any scuffs. It is always in the pocket that I carry it in, and I frequently remove it and replace it. The case cover is locked in place at ninety degrees. They interface without any issues with my Samsung Note 10 phone. As soon as I opened the top of the cover, the phone detected the headphones and offered to conceal itself. I'm not sure whether the dignity of headphones or a phone is more appropriate. The transparent mode activates itself once one of the headphones is inserted into the corresponding ear canal. This is the very first time that I've come across a feature like this. Comfortable. Mode transparent will be displayed first. You are aware, of course, that you are wearing headphones in your ears and that you are hearing sounds from the environment through the headphones; yet, you are able to utilize it and people's speech is legible to you. This presents a chance that I choose to pass up because. It is more convenient to take off the earpiece. But I put transparency to the test, and it passed with flying colors.
Cons
  • The most significant limitation of LACK (as of March 28, 2022) is that it does not reduce noise in any way, shape, or form whatsoever. Software version 2.2.0. The headphones are not useful for the purpose for which they were purchased since they do not perform. If we take the noise reduction of Sony WF-1000xm3 headphones as an example and assign it a value of 100%, then the noise reduction achieved by JBL Live Free NC Plus is 10%. You get the sensation that something is switching when you activate the noise reduction feature on JBL, however the noise reduction feature does not actually eliminate noise. Because the Realme Buds Air pro, JBL Live Pro+, Anker Liberty 2 pro, and Sony WF-1000xm3 are all currently on the market, I am confident in the information that I am providing. And I do not perceive any negative effects. Poorly functioning software. Using the headphone sensor, I am able to disable the noise reduction; however, the application does not record the status of the sensor, thus it is possible that it will still show that the noise reduction is turned on. The slider for the reduction of noise does not function. Because of the compact nature of the carrying case, one's finger naturally rests on the lid, making it challenging to remove the headphones; getting used to this situation requires some time. Made an attempt to capture a picture.
