My son chose this headset for the looks - he liked the blue light - and he wanted to be able to chat with his friends while playing. He says it's comfortable and works very well. We had him for about 6 months and then he had problems with the mic. He could hear his friends, but they couldn't hear him. Upon inspection, we found that the microphone cable was broken. We then contacted the company's customer service and they were very quick and really good at it. They asked the expected questions, e.g. B. whether the mute button was on and asked for photos. When they realized it was a quality issue, they offered to send a replacement. As others have noted, the location of the cable is somewhat sensitive to tension and the customer service rep also recommended using tape to prevent damage to the cable. All in all a great experience. And we will attach the cable to the new headset when it is delivered.
