As others reported, the toner I received left streaks on printed pages and blobs of toner on the spindle causing large smudges on the page. The money saved is definitely not worth it, it should not be used to print anything business or professional related. UPDATE: I was contacted by TonerTap customer support and to my surprise they support their product. I have provided the requested sample print showing the problem along with the serial number of the failed unit and was told today that they would send a replacement. I will update again when/when the toner arrives and is tested. UPDATE 2: I received a new toner and it worked fine and printed an acceptable number of pages. UPDATE 3: I have purchased another toner from this company based on my positive experience. was with a spare. The last toner cart didn't last long - it was bought in July and started printing very poorly in August. We only printed about 1,100 pages, far short of the promised 3,000 at 5% yield. I contacted support again and provided the evidence requested and was told the cart was working as expected. I disagree as the pages we printed were for my daughter's education and consisted of connected dots and pictures in a coloring book style. I will not buy from this company again, I have found another supplier who has a better product at a lower price.
