The ability to create a database of all the information we need and link to several other systems. The client support team is very helpful and proactive. The system needs a good amount of customization to fit your needs. The cost can be prohibitive for small organizations. We use oneil for storing all our legal information. Oneil helps us manage our case information. We've also used oneil to store financial information for our non profit. The system has worked great for our organization, it's quick & easy! There are some things we'd like improved in future releases such as email templates with attachments (so they can be included w/o having users manually attach them). I highly recommend this product - very simple but powerful interface which saves us time searching through files when finding documents or contracts etc..
