Every morning I take my dogs for a walk around our yard in the dark. I see them from across the fields in those glowing collars. I bought green and blue and both are very visible. I plan to buy more for my son's dogs. This is not a collar to tie a leash, it's just there for her to be seen. You cut it (very easy) and make it big enough to put on and take off your head. It stays in a round shape and you just slide it over your head every time. It stays on even when they bend over because it catches on the ears before falling off. You can remove the tubing from the light section if you need to cut it further. Mine arrived charged and I think they last about a week before needing a charge with daily use. Highly recommend and you can't beat the price.
