Almost impossible to put on

I bought a Fitbit brand band thinking it was decent quality, the right size and fit. I do not recommend buying this strap - I cannot fit it to the Fitbit Inspire HR. The stud on the long strap does not engage or stay in the device so the strap cannot be attached to it - it appears the stud is not the correct size or shape. . The pin on this strap feels thinner and less durable than the pin on the original strap.
