It’s very user friendly with all the different programs you can choose from to manage your case. Sometimes there are delays in receiving information but overall I have been satisfied with their service. Nothing really I dislike about it. They were helpful and fast in providing what was needed for us! The customer service has always been great so far. This is the best website for managing our cases. They are very knowledgeable in their field! I have dealt with many companies over my career but none compare like this one! We were able to get everything done for our new business so fast because they know what there doing!! If you need help call them up! You will be glad u did. The only thing i don't care much about was how long certain things took once we got going. It takes time sometimes when getting started especially if your used to having someone else do all these things for yah.
