Without details or instructions and with a not so intuitive design, this product doesn't work well. You need to fill in the outer "top" part first to hold the thing together as it doesn't snap and doesn't fit very securely like a mold. You should fill each sphere almost as if it were separate, it would be much easier to have a small channel connecting all the spheres. You can water it slightly, then the "top" will appear and disrupt the whole process. Oh, not to mention you have to have a perfectly flat surface, so you have to put it on a plate or something in the freezer. Even when it works properly, getting the ice out usually means breaking a few balls. It looked great right away and worked like hot junk.
